Witch Tutu

A not so spooky witch costume! This witch tutu dress is made up of 75 yards of purple, orange, lime and black tulle sewn onto a bright orange crocheted top. There is approximately 10 yards of halloween variety ribbons attached to the tutu. This costume comes with a witch hat embellished with black marabou feathers and matching tulle.
