Winter Dusting Stained Glass Panel

I was inspired to create this panel by the view of a hearty pine tree just outside my window. It was after one of our first dustings of winter snow.
The tree stood framed by my window with such beauty that I had to capture it in glass. Many tiny pieces of glass were used to grasp all the detail.
Textured brown and rootbeer glass defines the tree's bark with great roughness and depth. The cones in the foreground stand proudly as the focal point with wispy winter skys in the background.
