This dress is so cute its scary! The dress is a reverse knot dress with chiffon and ric rac embellishments on the bottom. It also has cute ruching on the straps in a coordinating fabric. Its perfect for a school that doesn't allow costumes or all those spooky Halloween parties! The fabrics are designer and very festive for the occasion, yet still juvenile for the little kids.
