Sailor Tutu

This adorable little sailor outfit is made of 3 layers of navy and white tulle, totalling approximately 75 yards. The tutu is embellished with a white and red rhinestone anchor and a red/white polka dot bow. A matching headband is included with a navy blue tulle bow and red/white polka dot bow. This tutu can be made for all ages infant to adult!
