Patriotic Ruffle Skirt – Custom Made

This is a Patriotic ruffle skirt.  The fabric has tiny flags and stars all over it.  There is a red ribbon around the ruffle.  The one that is made is a size 4.  Unstretched elastic is 16″.  Length is 14″.  This size is READY to ship.  I will make any size you would like.  Just give me the exact waist measurement and the length you would like.  Email with any questions.
