This is a lightweight bag that is not highly structured and can hold a lot!
The exterior fabric is a tweed-like industrial light-weight upholstery fabric that is reds/pinks flecked with green, gold and off-white.
Dimensions: 13.5″ wide; 13″ long; 3.5” deep . Top opening has a magnetic snap closure. There is added firmness to the base of the bag for strength and durability.
The shoulder strap is 30″ from side to side, including the 2 large, flat antique brass rings which attach it to the bag. The strap is 2″ wide.
There is a lined exterior pocket on the front of the bag which measures 7.25″ deep and goes the full width of the bag. There is a hidden magnetic closure at midpoint.
The lining is a vintage (unused) cotton quilt fabric of pinks and browns on white. It is a lovely, intricate pattern and a substantial weight cotton that I have also interfaced to give a bit more substance to the bag.
There are two interior pockets. One is a zippered, 6″ deep x 7″ across with a matching 7″ brown molded plastic zipper. The other is a 2-section patch pocket that is 6″ long and 4″ deep, and can hold a mobile phone among other things.
Spot clean as you would upholstery. Do not machine wash.
