Lampworking is a type of glaswork where a torch is used to melt the glass. Once in a molten state, the glass is formed by shaping with tools and hand movements. After each bead is created and cooled they are then placed in a kiln and heated to harden each bead and remove air bubbles, a prcess called annealing.
