Headband W Tatting Yellow Teal

This headband measures 19″ unstretched (I highly recommend using a measuring tape around where the band will sit. Head should measure slightly larger than the band for good fit.), and is 2.5″ wide at the top. The fabric is white cotton, with cute little yellow flowers. There is a small (about 3″) tatted motif across the top in variegated teal. The backing fabric and elastic are both white.
