These collars are 3/8″ wide!

Cat collars will come with a breakaway buckle, split ring and removable jingle bell.
Small Dog collars come with a non-breakaway buckle and welded D-ring.

*You must contact me within three (3) days of receiving your order to ask for a return or exchange for a different size. All items are shipped with tracking numbers.
EXCHANGES: What if I ordered the wrong size?

*If you ordered the wrong size for your pup you can easily exchange it for a different one. You only need to pay for return shipping. In order to ensure we get you the correct size, please e-mail me: ruthie@pezpet.com.
RETURNS: When do I get my refund?

*When I receive the returned item (which must still be in new condition), I can either refund you the purchase price (minus shipping and handling). If the item is damaged or shows wear and tear, your refund will be minus shipping and a material replacement fee.
What about shipping?

Initial shipping costs will be subtracted from your return refund. You are also responsible for shipping the item back to us prior to your refund. If you are only exchanging for a different size, you only need to pay for return shipping.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY – United States:
We ship USPS first class priority mail. All of our items are made to order so please allow 3-7 business days before shipping. You will be notified by email conversation once your purchase has shipped with a tracking number for your package.
