This is a tool to help you put on your bracelet. Its like a helping hand or a third hand. You might have seen others that use an alligator clip, even though they are sturdy and do the job, I use a j hook so that it doesn't scratch the bracelet ring.
This tool is made of glass beads (purple with painted designs & clear glass with gold swirls and green spacer beads) and the metal hook and wire frame is steel.
To use, hang the end of your bracelet on the hook of the tool, holding the tool in one hand then wrap the clasp end of your bracelet with your other hand and bring around your wrist to meet the other end. The pictures should also help you in understanding how to use it
